Lifeboats tasked by Belfast Coastguard this morning at 07:52 to reports of a person(s) in the water at Blackers Point, located on the southwest shore of Lough Neagh near Ardboe.

Lifeboat crews from Ardboe, Kinnego and Antrim Stations launched immediately.
The casualties were quickly located, recovered from the water and transported to Battery Harbour.

Our crews provided casualty care at the scene until the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service arrived and took over medical treatment.
Lifeboats then returned to station and were washed, refuelled and made ready for service.
